Store Policy (Shipping & Exchange)

Shipping
We currently ship across India only. Every order is processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, arriving within 3–5 business days pan-India. Shipping is free on orders above ₹3,999; orders below that are charged a flat ₹199. Tracking is emailed once your order ships.

Exchanges
GLO CLUB does not offer returns or refunds — exchanges for size only, within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact. Reverse pickup is free — we arrange and cover it. To start one, email us or DM @gloanyway with your order number and the size you want instead. Subject to stock; if unavailable, we issue store credit. Sale/promotional items are final unless damaged or defective.
